In this role you have the opportunity to.

To help drive strategic projects and direction for a team of project managers on imaging systems installations for the Oregon territory.

The Imaging Systems business serves the healthcare community through effective and efficient management of capital medical equipment solution implementation in various areas within the healthcare continuum.

You are response for.

The aim of your job is to manage the installations of Philips Imaging Systems equipment within an assigned geographic territory Travel within zone 75 with periodic overnight travel Plan direct and monitor project implementations from inception through delivery and equipment installation to meet revenue targets and cost objectives Effectively manage project cycle time and inventory Manage customer relationship to maximize customer satisfaction.

Position involves extensive interaction with all levels of management both within Philips e g Sales Service Order Management Business Units and the client organization Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure on time project completion and customer turnover.

Primary liaison between Imaging Systems customers and Philips internal organizations for each assigned projects Responsibilities include.

Formulating project plans in accordance with goals and timing set by management.

Specifying the manning of the project resources required anticipated costs risk assessment and quality standards to be used Controlling the project budget and project progress evaluating all project initiatives as to feasibility costs benefits and added value taking corrective actions when necessary and generating adequate reporting Leading the project within the project budget and program strategy in terms of quality costs time information and organization monitoring progress and managing external resources Directing employees and giving them operational guidance regarding content and organization Reporting on employees performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and makes proposals for training Managing as project leader more complex service improvement sub projects managing own project team usually as part of a larger project.

To succeed in this role you should have the following skills and experience.

Demonstrated track record of project management skills preferably with PM certification 5 years related experience preferably in the Project Management or Construction Management fields Able to understand site and equipment technical requirements HVAC Electrical Mechanical Environmental to include reading of site specific floor plans drawings and specifications Demonstrated experience in effective relationship management with all levels and backgrounds across all departments and organizational levels with ability to instill confidence in all situations This includes customer management Customer contractors Architects and internal Philips organizations Able to manage own work and accomplish objectives through others without supervision Excellent time management analytical and listening skills Demonstrated effective problem solving skills Experience with MS office suite and Auto CAD files Strong written and verbal communication presentation customer service and conflict resolution skills Flexible work style and ability to adapt to customer requirements Travel required within assigned zone and infrequently outside zone Willingness to travel up to 70 Remote opportunity based in the west zone This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.
