Success Factor 1: Spearhead program development by:
-> Working with pilot clinics and COIPA staff to develop specialty care health program.
-> Acting as point person for questions issues within WELLApp and work closely with internal and external IT teams to resolve.
-> Developing relationships with clinic support staff and health care providers.
-> Work with implementation engineers to ensure customer scope and business needs are met by the developed integration.
-> Create an education plan for current primary care providers PCPs and onboarding new PCPs.
-> Create an education plan for current specialty care providers SCPs and onboarding new SCPs.
Success Factor 2: Develop and maintain pool of on call specialists by:
-> Create and maintain accurate database of COIPA specialty care members.
-> Becoming expert in various web based applications i.e. Google Calendar WELLApp and Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint Word and Excel.
-> Coordinate and manage on call schedule for specialties.
-> Communicate technical issues with external and internal IT teams to effectively resolve issues as they arise.
Success Factor 3: Improve clinic revenue streams by:
-> Supporting COIPA s strategic goal of developing a high performing network aimed at providing quality healthcare while reducing the cost of healthcare by influencing referral patterns.
-> Improving network relationships between member primary care providers and specialty care providers.
-> Developing reporting mechanisms to determine monthly volume and types of consults provided.
-> High school graduate or equivalent
-> At least 2 years of medical billing experience
-> Valid State of Oregon Driver s license
-> Associates degree in general studies or health care industry
-> Experience with WELLApp
-> Proficient in public speaking and presenting information to others
-> Passionate about managing data and connecting systems
