Responsible for all aspects related to project management and execution including initiating planning monitoring controlling and successful timely completion of projects for the Organization Provide leadership to other business units using project management best practice techniques and principles Create and foster a culture of continuous improvement accountability and project management excellence.

Essential Functions.

Oversee the planning initiation execution monitoring and closing phases of cross functional projects using project management best practices and established methodologies to ensure projects are completed in a cost effective quality manner Establish a clear scope and well defined success criteria for projects before starting and then ensure the projects are only marked as completed when the success criteria is met Create and manage change requests for any proposed changes to project scope budget resources or schedule If approved make changes as needed to the project plan and communicate to stakeholders Create project work plans with milestones tasks and the timeline required to complete the project Maintain project work plans Track what has been completed and what needs to be done to accurately reflect the current state status and percentage of project completion Track the status of the project s budget ensuring the project does not exceed the money it was allocated and report the status to stakeholders If there is a risk the budget will be exceeded create a project risk or issue as appropriate to either mitigate the risk or resolve the issue Identify track and mitigate project risks Document the probability impact to business risk level and response plan for each risk Identify track and resolve project issues Document the importance level progress and resolution for each issue Communicate the status to the project team including the Executive Sponsor and other stakeholders Track noteworthy project decisions Document decision details discussions results and the sign off from the sponsor Communicate progress and results to stakeholders Assist with the ongoing development and implementation of project policies procedures tools and techniques in alignment with SELCO s cultural and technical requirements Maintain a communication plan to report the status of projects to the Strategic Execution Office management project sponsors project team members and other key internal and external stakeholders Interact with internal and external customers in a warm and friendly manner demonstrate a sincere interest and willingness to help Demonstrate leadership skills and uphold SELCO s mission statement corporate values service promises and exceptional customer service standards Adhere to federal and state regulations Credit Union policies confidentiality requirements and other compliance obligations Consistently achieve individual performance goals Contribute to department and organizational objectives Lead and or actively participate in required meetings and trainings Adapt to change to accomplish SELCO s goals and objectives Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience.

High school diploma or equivalent and Bachelor s degree in business related field or equivalent experience and At least two 2 years of project management experience and Enterprise Project Management experience preferred but not required and Financial institution experience preferred but not required and Project Management Professional PMP certification preferred but not required and Must be bondable.

Physical Demands.

While performing the job duties approximately 90 of the time is spent stationary with the remaining time spent moving around work areas Frequent communication occurs in person over the phone and in writing This position requires the ability to view a computer screen and interpret printed materials and other documents This position requires the ability to lift and transport up to 10 pounds and there is an occasional need to stoop kneel or reach to access documents equipment and supplies.

Interaction and Work Environment.

Reports To Strategic Execution Manager.

Work areas are inside in a climate controlled environment with background noise May require long hours and off time hours as needed to complete schedules.

Material and Equipment Used.

Computer phone scanner copier fax machine webcam general office supplies and a variety of personal devices tablets cell.
