NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a Sales Person for a growing company that specializes in the conception engineering fabrication and installation of large scaled pneumatic systems and equipment and machinery for the wood manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for working with the sales team to develop create and provide reports on yearly sales strategies. Working with sales team and other departments including estimating engineering and project management to implement strategies that support company standards. Establishing new business relationships providing excellent customer service education and training to existing and new customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

-> Follow yearly sales strategies by interacting with customers and securing work.

-> Work with sales team to understand launch and implement sales strategies.

-> Work with other departments including estimating engineering and project management.

-> Reports to Sales Manager the current status the person s pneumatic sales.

-> Follows strategies outlined for pneumatic sales.

-> Works with the applications team to solve issues when required to do so.

-> The pneumatics team consists of Sales Applications parts sales estimating and Installation.

-> Learn how to design low and high pressure systems learn how equipment inside those systems can be applied

-> Take and respond to customers calls troubleshoot with sales team when needed.

-> Perform project management when required to do so.

-> In coordination with the Sales Manager create establish and follow yearly sales goals.

-> Customer relations regularly contact past good customers to see if they need assistance. Troubleshooting or planning may be a good opportunity to get in front of customers and charge for the service.

-> Potential leads go two ways: Sales person to Sales Manager and then back to Sales.

-> Marketing concepts: Direct sales phone calls website special e mails parts sales etc.

-> Developing product and design knowledge: Determine and expand on what sets our services apart from our competitors.

-> Develop and work with Sales Manager developing business plan for fiscal year short term and beyond long term. 1. Identify existing and emerging markets. 2. Identifying what market shifts will impact the business plan. 3. New products to look in to or revisions to existing product line. 4. Existing competitors and their qualities and emerging new competitors. 5. Look for improvements for existing product line while visiting with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDES:

-> Minimum of a bachelor s degree in business management preferred.

-> Proven successful sales experience.

-> Strong mathematical ability.

-> Steel manufacturing engineering purchasing job costing marketing and sales background and knowledge is required to be successful in this position.

-> Use of software company operating systems MS Office Outlook etc.

-> Possess and maintain an insurable driving record.

This is an evaluation to hire or direct hire opportunity for the right candidate. Salary will range from 40000 to 70 000.00 to start depending on aptitude and experience. There is a comprehensive benefits package which included medical dental vision 401K paid vacation sick leave and paid holidays.
