Position Summary: Under the direction of the Program Manager the Product Manager will work independently and with Program Managers Account Managers and other Product Managers to accomplish the goals of the Organization. The Product Manager supports the Program Manager with various aspects of product management. The Product Manager will demonstrate professional appearance behavior and attitude at all times while performing his her job duties.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Essential Job Functions : Tactical product management to internal and external customers.
Serve as primary POC point of contact for management of each product line
Establish organize and facilitate customer meetings as needed for regular support of each product line
Run projects related to product lines including both customer escalations and internally driven task force activities
Manage product development deliverables and schedule
Use cost models to characterize product cost structure
Collaborate with Facilities Engineering and manufacturing groups to understand the manufacturing process cost and capital expenditure requirements
Collaborate with Supply Chain Management QA Lab and other affected departments to ensure product quality throughout product life cycle

5 years of experience in customer management
BA in Business Economics or BS in Chemistry or Engineering with 5 years relevant business experience will be considered
Project management skills
Strong analytical computer skills Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to:
Follow written and verbal instructions in English
Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines
Work effectively independently and as part of a dynamic collaborative team
Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Maintain regular and punctual attendance Working Conditions: Duties are generally performed indoors in an office and high purity manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. When working in the presence of safety hazards the employee is expected to follow company safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment such as: hardhat safety glasses and full leather shoes etc. MLI is an alcohol and drug free work place.
